II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The scope of works includes the demolition of the existing warehouse building while maintaining the integrity of the main electrical supply for the site. Works include the erection of a new structure around the existing electrical supply and boards, new supply cables being run to the various installations, removal of separate bunded fuel tanks and the installation of new street furniture.

4C.1 EXPERIENCE Tenderers will be required to provide minimum of 2 example projects from the past 5 years which involved works of a similar scope, complexity and value to this project, preferrable undertaken using the SBCC suite of contracts. Emphasis should be placed on projects that can demonstrate the following -an overview of the project -working within an operational maritime environment -demolition projects of a similar scale to requirements tendered. For each projects Bidders should provide -the tender price and timetable submitted for evaluation and the outturn price and outturn timetable. Contact details required for 2 references in total.
